Race ahead to take prime position for the ultimate boat race
The rowing event held every year on The Thames always attracts a crowd, as well as international crews.
The 5 day event kick starts at the beginning of July and sees crews go head to head in knock out competitions, raced over a course of 1 mile, 550 yards. Declared the most prestigious event of the regatta is the Grand Challenge Cup for Men’s Eights, which has been awarded since the regatta was first staged.
The Regatta takes place at Temple Island situated a mile and a half downstream of the market town of Henley, on a beautiful stretch of the River Thames. Surrounded by wooded hills, this marks the Start of the famous Henley Royal Regatta Course
