A first for York Festival, 2011 will see the finale take place on a weekend date, Saturday 20th June.
The festival is always a popular event and 2011 is set to beat all others. Opening day is an opportunity for those regular race goers to catch up with friends and family and as ever the 4 day event presents a fashion catwalk, complete with hats, fabulous dresses and sharp suits galore.
