On The Fly

The British work ethic is declining; it seems ultimately we are workoholics! There’ll just never be enough hours in the day, we cram what we can in and even include weekends into our working week but there’s always more to be done! How did we get it so wrong, what does our whole work / life balance amount to, we live to work not work to live, what ever happened to the relaxing weekends, work hard, play hard mentality or dare we say a long lunch, instead we are a nation of ‘busy fools’!

This is why time is such a precious luxury to us. We’re always looking for ways to speed up the process, get to market faster or reach our meetings quicker. The laid back lifestyle isn’t applicable and therefore new ways to travel, by helicopter or train are proving more popular with us professionals, 1 because you reach your destination on time and 2. You can get yet more work done on your way there!

Rushing here there and everywhere is part of our daily routine and more often than not probably unnecessary.
